Description accuracy: The product descriptions we provide (including brand, model, material, size, year, condition, and accessory list) are based on manual verification and identification records. The quality grading standard adopts the industry’s common system (such as new, 99 new, 98 new, etc.). The specific text description shall prevail, and pictures and videos will be used as auxiliary references. Color differences caused by shooting equipment, screen display and ambient light do not constitute inaccurate descriptions.

Price rules: All product prices are subject to the final price displayed on the website page when you place an order, and the currency unit is subject to the mark on the settlement page. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct unintentional errors (such as obviously unreasonable low prices caused by system failures) at any time. If a price error occurs after you place an order, we have the right to cancel the order and refund you in full without any other compensation after notifying you.

Stock status: The “in stock” status displayed on the website is real-time or near-real-time data, but in rare cases, it may be actually sold out due to multi-platform synchronization delays. If this happens, we will notify you during the order confirmation process and assist you in replacing the product or processing a refund.

  1. Order establishment and fulfillment

After you submit your order, the system will automatically generate an order confirmation message and send it to your reserved email address. This message only means that we have received your purchase request, but does not mean that we have accepted the order.

Order acceptance: We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel orders due to discrepancies in the actual inventory of the goods, inability to verify payment information, suspected commercial resale practices, abnormal delivery addresses, or any other reasonable reasons.

  1. Product identification and authenticity

Authenticity is at the core of our service. We promise that all items sold through this website undergo an internal authentication process. However, we are not jointly and severally liable for the conclusions of any third-party appraisal agency. If you have any objection to the authenticity of the product, it should be re-inspected by an authoritative organization recognized by both parties, and the written appraisal conclusion of the organization should be the final basis.   1. Limitation of liability and force majeure

Delay, loss or damage by the third-party logistics carrier (but we will assist you in claiming compensation from the logistics provider).

Any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions (such as blockades, embargoes), cyber attacks, power outages, system upgrades and maintenance, etc.

Discomfort caused by the material of the product due to your personal reasons (such as allergies).

Our maximum total liability for each order will not exceed the transaction amount of the problematic items in the order under any circumstances. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  1. User Behavior Standards and Violation Handling

You promise to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this website.

Prohibited behavior: You are not allowed to use this website to conduct any fraudulent activities (including but not limited to credit card cash-out, malicious rejection, and forged appraisal reports); you are not allowed to maliciously buy or hoard goods and then resell them at high prices; you are not allowed to post advertisements, political speeches, or insulting content in the comment area.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, etc., constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any previous oral or written communication between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
