  1. Order processing time

All orders will enter the processing process after we confirm the inventory and payment status. Normally, the order processing time is 1 to 2 working days, starting from the time you complete the payment (extension on weekends and statutory holidays). The processing steps include:

Final quality inspection before the goods leave the warehouse: a dedicated person will check whether the description of the quality of the goods is consistent with the actual product.

Professional shock-proof packaging: Use different lining materials according to different categories (bags, watches, accessories) to ensure that they are not squeezed during transportation.

Check accessories: Check the original accessories such as dust bags, packaging boxes, warranty cards, instructions, etc.

Sealing and labeling: High-value orders will be affixed with a one-time security seal to protect them from being opened during transportation.

If you need urgent processing, please contact customer service within 1 hour after placing the order to try to coordinate, but success is not guaranteed. For customized orders or special orders that require additional expert appraisal, the processing time may be extended to 5-7 working days, and will be notified later.

  1. Delivery method and timeliness

We cooperate with a number of professional logistics service providers to intelligently match the most suitable delivery plan based on the delivery address of the order, the value of the goods and the service level you choose.

Standard Shipping: Available for items with a value below a certain threshold. The reference time limit is 3 to 7 working days for delivery after issue. A full logistics tracking number is provided and the transfer node can be queried.

Express Delivery: Applicable to higher value goods or services that you actively choose to upgrade. The reference time limit is 1 to 3 working days for delivery after issue. Priority sorting and priority transportation.

Dedicated delivery (automatic upgrade for high-value orders): For bags, watches or jewelry whose unit price exceeds a certain amount, we will automatically upgrade you to exclusive delivery service. This service uses escort-level logistics channels, and you are required to present a valid ID when signing for the goods and cooperate with the unpacking verification. We will reserve a delivery time window for you via text message and email when we send it out.

The delivery time in remote areas may be extended by 2 to 4 working days on the basis of the above. All time periods are reference times and do not constitute a rigid commitment. Force majeure such as bad weather, holidays, emergencies, etc. may cause delays.

  1. Freight rules

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order amount, product weight and volume, delivery method and delivery address. The system will clearly display the shipping amount on your checkout page, and no additional fees will be charged before confirmation.

Free shipping conditions: Once the order amount reaches the minimum consumption threshold we set, you will automatically enjoy free standard shipping service. The free shipping threshold may be temporarily adjusted due to promotional activities, which will be displayed on the page when placing the order.

Additional charges: For secondary delivery, return or re-delivery due to incomplete address provided by the recipient, incorrect phone number, refusal or request to change the address, etc., the relevant shipping costs shall be borne by you. Surcharges for remote areas (if any) will also be clearly indicated during settlement.

Tariffs and Others: The product prices and shipping charges on this website do not include any import duties or customs clearance fees (if applicable) that may be incurred. If the customs at the place of delivery requires payment of taxes and fees, the recipient must bear them.

  1. Things to note when signing – particularly important

In view of the particularity of luxury goods, the signature step is a key node in dividing transportation responsibilities and your custody responsibilities. Please be sure to follow these steps:

Sign for receipt in person: You must sign for receipt with a valid ID card. If you entrust someone else to collect the goods, please inform the collector in advance that they must open the box and inspect it on the spot, and the signature of the collector shall be regarded as your own approval of the status of the goods.

Check before signing: When the courier is present, check whether the outer packaging is intact, whether the seal is complete, and whether there are any obvious signs of extrusion or secondary sealing. If there is any abnormality, please take photos or videos as evidence.

Unpacking and verification: After opening the package, quickly compare whether the product is consistent with the order (style, color, size), and check whether there is any serious damage visible to the naked eye (such as penetrating scratches on the package surface, broken watch glass). There is no need to conduct in-depth functional testing (such as watch time adjustment, bag weight-bearing), just confirm that the appearance is intact.

Exception handling: If you find that the goods were shipped in the wrong way or the outer packaging is seriously damaged, you have the right to reject the goods and indicate “rejection” and the reason on the receipt terminal. At the same time, contact us immediately through customer service channels. Once you sign the logistics form to confirm that “the packaging is intact and the appearance of the product is correct,” you will bear the burden of proof for any subsequent appearance defects (a complete unedited unpacking video must be provided).

For high-value orders delivered by dedicated personnel, the logistics staff will wear recording equipment throughout the process. You must cooperate to complete the identity verification and fill in the electronic receipt form, otherwise the logistics party has the right to refuse delivery.

  1. Transportation risks and insurance

Each item shipped is fully insured with comprehensive transportation insurance based on the actual transaction amount, and the insurance costs are borne by us. If a package is lost, stolen, robbed, or otherwise seriously damaged during transportation, we will cooperate with you and the logistics party to initiate the claim settlement process. Before the insurance company completes the compensation payment, we will first process a refund or reissue according to your wishes (you need to wait for the logistics party to issue a certificate of loss). Please note that loss or damage caused by you providing an incorrect address, being unable to get through to the phone, refusing to cooperate with the signing process, or requesting to leave it in an unattended location such as a courier locker or property front desk is not covered by transportation insurance, and the relevant risks must be borne by you.

  1. Address changes and undelivered handling

Address change: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact customer service within 1 hour after placing the order. Once the package has been shipped from the warehouse, address changes will be re-billed according to the logistics provider’s “re-address service” standards (usually an additional fee per order), and may cause a delivery delay of 1 to 2 days. Packages that have entered the final delivery stage cannot be re-addressed.

Undelivered processing: Packages that the logistics party fails to deliver three times in a row (usually three consecutive days at different times) or that have not been picked up beyond the storage period of the outlet (usually 7 days) will be returned to our warehouse. After the return, if you want to re-deliver the goods, you need to pay the full freight again; if you apply for a refund, we will deduct the shipping freight and the freight incurred by returning the package.
