- Important tips for the signing process
To protect your rights, please open the package and inspect the goods on the spot when the courier is present. If you find that the product is shipped in the wrong way, the outer packaging is severely damaged, or the product has obvious damage that is not mentioned in the description (such as extensive scratches on the package surface, cracked watch dials, falling accessories and gemstones), you can refuse to accept it and contact us immediately through the customer service channel published on the website. Once you or your authorized collector sign to confirm receipt, it will be deemed that the appearance, basic functions, quantity and accessories of the goods are intact upon delivery. For high-value watches, we recommend that you take a complete unboxing video when signing for it as an auxiliary document for subsequent rights protection.
- Applicable rules for returns within seven days without reason
This website supports no-reason return applications within seven days from the day after receipt. Products applying for return must meet all of the following conditions:
The product has not been used: the bag has not been carried, tried on or cared for; the watch has not been worn, the strap length has not been adjusted, and the case protective film has not been removed; accessories (such as scarves, jewelry) have not been opened, tried on, and the tags have not been cut off.
The tamper-evident label is intact: If there is a disposable tamper-evident label or safety seal attached by us on the product, it must be intact. Any merchandise that has had its tamper-evident label removed will not be accepted for return without reason.
Complete accessories: All original accessories (dust bags, packaging boxes, ID cards, instructions, spare watch sections, jewelry certificates, etc.) as well as the gifts we provide and the complete outer packaging box must not be missing. If the identification card (warranty card) of the watch does not match or is missing the serial number of the watch body, returns will also be refused.
Product status is reversible: The product has not been authenticated, cared for, cleaned, repaired or modified by any third party.
Special note: Subjective preferences (such as “I think the color is different from the picture”, “the size is smaller than I expected”, “the leather is harder than expected”) are returned without reason, but the shipping costs are borne by you. For watch products, due to the stability of the movement, once the protective film is removed or the strap is adjusted, it is deemed to have been used, and returns without reason will no longer be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges for product quality problems
If the product is confirmed to be non-authentic by an authoritative third-party appraisal agency recognized by both parties (this situation is extremely rare), we will provide you with a full refund after verification and bear the return shipping and appraisal fees.
If the product has non-man-made structural damage that has occurred before signing for it (such as the bag hardware is broken, the stitching naturally comes apart; the watch movement stops and is not worn; the accessory coating is naturally blistered), please contact customer service within three days after signing for it. We will provide an exchange (same style and color) or a full refund based on the specific situation. Please note that minor wear and tear caused by normal use (such as leather wrinkles, small micromarks, watch daily differences within a reasonable range) are not quality defects.
- Special policies for watches and jewelry products
Watches: Mechanical watches have certain travel time errors. Usually, the daily difference within plus or minus tens of seconds is industry standard and does not constitute a quality problem. If you find signs of disassembly on the watch or scratches on the case after signing for it, it will be treated as used.
Jewelry: Natural inclusions and uneven color distribution of gemstones are natural characteristics and are not flaws. Earrings and other personal wear accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once opened due to hygiene reasons.
- Return, Exchange and Refund Arrangements
Initiate an application: Submit a return or exchange application through the website customer service channel, attaching clear product photos, unboxing video (if any) and order number.
Obtain authorization: After we review the preliminary information, we will send you a return authorization code and designated return address. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
Returning the product: Please use a traceable and insured express service to send the product back. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns without reason; we will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns due to quality issues (please pay in advance and submit the invoice for reimbursement).
Inspection and refund: After the warehouse receives the returned goods and passes the inspection (usually takes 2-3 working days), we will process the refund according to the original payment route. If you return the product without any reason, only the amount of the product will be refunded, and the shipping fee incurred for the original order will not be refunded. Whether the handling fees generated during the payment process will be refunded shall be subject to the rules of the payment service provider.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:
